What Stockfish depth do we use on ChessRank?

We use Stockfish 16.1 in our application. The engine depth is now fixed at 14 to ensure lightning-fast analysis on all devices. For the most common opening and middlegame positions, we instantly fetch pre-computed evaluations (up to depth 55-60) directly from the database! Many users wonder if increasing the depth is better. While higher depths see further ahead, the difference is negligible unless you are a very advanced player with a very high ELO (circa 2000-2400+). However, depth 14 combined with pre-computed evaluations up to depth 60 from the database remains a very strong tool even for highly advanced players.
