A wrong move rating, a frozen board or a page that will not load. Tell us the page, the steps that led to it and your browser and device, for example Safari on iPhone.
A suggestion
Something that could work better? Describe what bothers you about an existing feature and how you would change it. Small details count too.
An idea
A new tool, a new kind of training or a design you would like to see. Tell us what it should do and how it would help your chess.
A question
Not sure how something works? Ask about Game Analysis, Report, Blunder Puzzles, Play Bots or anything else on the site and leave your email for the answer.
How to send a bug report, suggestion or idea
Choose the type
Select Suggestion, Bug or Question at the top of the form. Ideas and proposed changes go under Suggestion.
Describe it
Write in your own words, in any language. For a bug, say what you did and what went wrong. For an idea, say what you would like and why.
Attach and send
Add up to 10 screenshots or PDFs with Attach file, leave your email if you want a reply and press Send.
