How to play chess against a bot
Pick your opponent
Choose a bot from the roster by its ELO. Start near your own rating, then climb the ladder as you beat them.
Choose your colour
Play as White or Black. The board flips to your side and the bot moves as soon as it is on turn.
Play, and ask for hints
Move by dragging or tapping. When you are unsure, ask Coach Moji for a hint, or take the move back and try another plan.
Review the game
After checkmate or resignation, run the free Stockfish review to see your accuracy and exactly where the game turned.
